Chief Bender Award for Reds top Minor Leaguer this year

John Fay wrote this in the Cincinnati Enquirer

The toughest thing for the Reds to do this year is pick one player for the Chief Bender Award as the club's top minor-leaguer.

Do you go with Joey Votto ? He was hitting .313 with 21 home runs and 69 RBI going into the weekend. Add in .395 on-base and .558 slugging percentages and you get an idea of what kind of year he's having at Double-A Chattanooga.

Do you go with Jay Bruce ? He was hitting .305 with 41 doubles, 16 homers and 76 RBI for Single-A Dayton.

Do you go with Homer Bailey ? He has combined to go 8-5 with a 2.44 ERA in stops at Single-A Sarasota and Chattanooga. He has allowed 80 hits and struck out 127 in 118 innings.

My question to you is, who do you think should win it, and why?

Personally I would give it to Homer Bailey, but what about you?
